My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom movie released a character trailer starring the main character Catarina Claes on Thursday. Studio SILVER LINK is animating the movie that will follow an original story and is slated to premiere on December 8 in Japan. Maaya Uchida plays the role of Catarina who is also known as Bakarina.
Keisuke Inoue is directing the movie with Megumi Shimizu and Megumu Sasano writing the scripts. Shimizu is also in charge of the series composition, and Mia Oshima is designing the characters.
The adaptation is based on a light novel by Satoru Yamaguchi with Nami Hidaka’s illustrations. The movie will follow two seasons of the TV anime. The first, titled My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! TV anime premiered in the Spring of the 2020 anime season. The sequel, titled My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! X was announced after the first season ended and aired in the summer of 2021.
