  • Yuka Nishio (Nanami Hiromachi, BanG Dream! franchise)
  • Satomi Amano (Yutori Kokorogi, Tomodachi Game)

  • Coco Hayashi (Mami Sato, MF Ghost)

In the interview segment, each actor got to answer a set of questions. While all of them can be found on the official website of the magazine, selected responses are below, along with information on which part of the event they’ll attend (day or night).

Hitomi Ueda (Day)
Q: Please tell us why you chose this witch costume.
I didn’t know what kind of costumes the other performers would choose, but I felt like most of them looked cute, so I thought it might be a good balance if they went for something pretty. I chose this costume because I wanted it to be soft!
Rena Maeda (Day)
Q: Please tell us why you chose this witch costume.
I originally hoped a cliched witch would be fine, but since they said any witch would be OK, I twisted it a little and imagined a female soldier who is called an ice witch on the battlefield.
Eri Yukimura (Day)
Q: If you could transform into a witch, is there any magic you would like to use?
“I want to cast a special move. Or is it floating magic? I have always dreamed of flying in the sky!!
Yuka Nishio (Day)
Q: Please leave a message for those who will come to the event!
Halloween isn’t over even though it’s November!!! In fact, I feel like this day is the real deal!! So let’s all enjoy Halloween.

Satomi Amano (Night)
Q: If you could transform into a witch, is there any magic you would like to use?
I want to become an invisible person and go to the audience seats before and after the event I perform and listen to everyone’s conversations…!! Everyone, please be careful of what’s behind you on the day! (lol)
Chiemi Tanaka (night)
Q: Please leave a message for those who will come to the event!
I’m already looking forward to seeing what kind of event it will be! I’m sure we’ll be able to do a lot of Halloween-like things♪ I want to eat lots of sweets (lol). I haven’t been able to do anything particularly Halloween-like until now, so I’m really happy to be able to spend this day with everyone! Let’s have fun and have fun!!
Rimi Nishimoto (Night)
Q: Please tell me your favorite sweet and why you like that sweet.
Chocolate and gummies. Chocolates are mainly for dessert, while gummies are a staple. I wonder why I like them… I just do (lol). Ah, my mother and grandmother both like chocolate, so I guess it’s like we can’t fight our blood.
Coco Hayashi (Night)
Q: Please tell us why you chose this witch costume.
When I think of witches, I think of black costumes, so I kept that color in mind when choosing! When I was little, I watched “Sugar Sugar Rune” and “Kuromajo-san ga Toru!!” and admired the so-called “witch girls” who dressed in Gothic Lolita style, so this time I chose a sweet black lace outfit! The bat on the sock is also a highlight.

Seiyuu Grandprix also announced full body-length images, as well as posters, and keychains will be available for both in-person attendees and via mail orders. “Trick or Treat!~Halloween Party 2023~” will be held on November 12, 2023, in Misawa, Japan. Seiyuu Grandprix recently published its November issue, featuring voice actress and singer Aoi Yuki (Madoka, Puella Magi Madoka Magica) who recently relaunched her music career.

Voice actors aren’t the only ones dressing up as witches, as the Classroom of the Elite characters Horikita and Karuizawa stunned in recent Halloween-themed illustrations.
